JAXA能代ロケット実験場の公認キャラクターです。
燃焼試験などで使用する「液体水素」がモチーフになっています。

普段はマイナス253度の液体水素貯槽内に住んでいます。
みんなのクリーンエネルギーになれるようがんばっています。

Ekisui-chan is an official character of the JAXA Noshiro Rocket Testing Center.
The little character's name and appearance is taken from liquid hydrogen, which is used during combustion tests.

Ekisui-chan usually lives in the liquid hydrogen storage tanks at temperatures of -253°C.
They are doing their best to be a clean energy source for everyone.
