6月12日、JR淵野辺駅のコンコースでリュウグウサンプル(拡大レプリカ)とガンダムマンホールのお披露目式典がありました。
式典でサンプルレプリカを持ち、挨拶する吉川 真 はやぶさ2プロジェクトミッションマネージャ。

On June 12, a ceremony was held on the concourse at JR Fuchinobe Station to unveil an enlarged replica of one of the grains from the asteroid Ryugu sample returned by the Hayabusa2 mission, and the two Gundam-themed maintenance hole covers for the Hayabusa and SLIM lunar lander missions.

Yoshikawa Makoto, the Hayabusa2 Project Mission Manager, holds the sample replica and addresses the audience at the ceremony.

JAXA相模原キャンパスの正門前に設置されたガンダムマンホール(もう1つは淵野辺駅北口に設置)。本村 賢太郎 相模原市長(右から3人目)、大川 亜沙奈 副市長(左から3人目)も式典のあと、はやぶさweekでいつになく賑わう相模原キャンパスに足を運んでくださいました。

The Gundam x SLIM mission maintenance hole cover has been installed in front of the main gate of JAXA's Sagamihara Campus. (The second Gundam x Hayabusa cover is located at the north exit of Fuchinobe Station). Mayor Motomura Kentaro of Sagamihara City (third from right) and Deputy Mayor Ohkawa Asana (third from left) also visited the Sagamihara Campus after the ceremony, which was busier than usual during Hayabusa week.
