Antenna Foundation Construction
Antenna Foundation Construction #8
The antenna foundation work is almost completed. The rest is scheduled to be slightly reworked by the end of November.
We took a commemorative photo with the contractors Co. TAKEHANA-GUMI and NANSHIN Electric Industry Co.. We thank you for the solid construction despite the strict requirements.

Antenna Foundation Construction #7
The finished inspection of the antenna foundation was completed on November 1st. The interior of the power building is still under construction.
The photo below shows the completed inspection of the antenna foundation (on November 1).
The distance from the antenna foundation room to the rail anchor bolt installed near a radius of 16m is being measured by transit. Since it takes time to measure all 900 pieces one by one, we will check the data measured in advance and confirm it by unannounced inspection. Both passed.

Place a corner reflector (laser reflector) on the rail anchor bolt and measure accurately.

Confirmation of antenna center position
Prior to the start of the antenna foundation work, a survey was conducted to drop the antenna foundation center specified in the design drawing into the construction site, and the center position was determined and confirmed on April 21.
The center position of the antenna was confirmed by using both the surveying method using two reference points on the Tateshina skyline and the GPS surveying method.
The photo below shows the survey situation. As a result, the foundation center could be set with an error of several mm with respect to the drawing position.
