We participate in various projects and X-ray observations.
Web SiteOur laboratory is engaged in interdisciplinary research bridging the boundaries between astrophysics and fundamental physics. Our research topics include high-energy astrophysics using XRISM and other X-ray observatories, numerical research on plasma/atomic processes, spectroscopy of highly charged ions in laboratory plasmas, etc.
Web SiteOur lab offers broad education in planetary science, covering a wide range of topics such as hands-on analysis of real lunar and planetary data, and including aspects like lunar architecture. Students can engage in training in space instrument development, fieldwork, and international seminars, gaining practical skills for future leadership in space exploration.
Web SiteOur laboratory conducts research and development on thermal control technology and thermal system design for spacecraft. We are looking for colleagues to join us in researching and developing thermal technologies that will drive the future challenging space science and exploration missions.
Web SiteWe, the Space Structure Systems Laboratory, are dedicated to advancing space structure engineering through the proposal of novel concepts, the development of mechanical theories, design, experimental verification, and in-orbit demonstration. We aim to contribute to cutting-edge space science and exploration by utilizing innovative space structures.
Web SiteControlling artificial satellites and probes as we wish: a challenge to space and dynamics. We conduct research on topics such as satellite attitude control, electromagnetic formation flight, landing navigation guidance control and so on, while engaging in dialogue with students to decide on the themes.
