abstract of observational proposal

Main Objective: Observations in support of SPICE and EUI calibration

Scientific Justification: Solar Orbiter SPICE and EUI are seeking support from Hinode and IRIS for the purpose of cross calibration. In particular SPICE are testing the response of their 4” slit for which they have requested full spectral studies from Hinode and IRIS. EUI will be taking calibration images in all 3 telescopes.

Best effort support within Hinode constraints, and short interruptions for synoptics are ok.

Target(s) of interest:
Sun centre: Solar Orbiter will be crossing the Sun-Earth line and FoV of selected studies should be large enough to accommodate offsets between Orbiter/Hinode /IRIS pointing, so all sequences are centred at (0,0) from Hinode/IRIS view.
