本日、天候不良により中止となったASTRO-F/M-V-8の打上げは、明日２２日（水）午前６時２８分に行われることになりました。
Launch of ASTRO-F/M-V-8 has been postponed due to rainfall.
Next Launch is scheduled at 6:28 a.m. on February 22(JST).

Launch has been postponed due to rainfall.

発射時刻まであと１時間です。準備は順調に進んでいます。ロケットはライトアップされて闇の中に浮かび上がっています。
It is one hour to liftoff. Launch operation is going well. M-V rocket is beautifully lighted up.

内之浦宇宙空間観測所からのライブ中継をまもなく開始します。

発射時刻は６時２８分です。打上げ準備は着々と進んでいます。
Liftoff is scheduled 6:28 AM. Launch operation is going well.

ロケットの発射方向に向けて、ランチャの角度がセットされました。 ASTRO-Fは北極と南極の上空を通る軌道なので、ロケットは南に向けて発射されます。
Launch angle has been set up toward the launch azimuth. As ASTRO-F is to be put off onto polar orbit, M-V rocket is launched toward south.

打上げ2時間前の作業は順調に進んでいます。
It is 2 hours to liftoff.　Launch operation is going well along the schedule.

整備塔内の点検が終わり、整備塔の大扉が開いてランチャセットが始まりました。
“Bigdoor” of Assembling Tower opens and Launcher with M-V rocket now comes out of Assembling Tower.

打上げ３時間３０分前です。ASTRO-F/M-V-8が装着されたランチャを整備塔から表に出すための準備が始まりました。
It is 3.5 hours to liftoff. Launch angle setting operation starts.
