[Maintenance Note]
There will be maintenance activities for JAXA e-mail gateway system scheduled on Saturday, March 25, from 10:00 to 20:00 JST (01:00-11:00 UT). During the maintenance period,any e-mails to/from ***.jaxa.jp addresses, including CO mail lists, will not be available.

In order to avoid any troubles on Hinode observation planning for the
Mar. 25 upload, CP and COs for Mar. 25 please be advised to take
the following precautions:

- Please make sure to complete planning communications with HOP
proposers before 10 JST on Mar. 25.

- The maintenance will not affect e-mail exchanges between outside-JAXA
addresses. As all of you (CP and COs for 25 Mar.) are using, or have,
outside-JAXA e-mail addresses, for e-mail communications
please include these outside-JAXA addresses besides CO mail lists.
