- David Orozco will contact all COs and CP by phone when Sunrise launch is
confirmed.

- Every day there will be a normal morning meeting, until the Sunrise launch is
announced. On the day the launch is announced, there will be an evening meeting also on that launch day (but Sunday is a special case, handled below). During the evening meeting, we will plan the next-day's upload
with the Sunrise pointing included.

- From lanuch day onward, the plan will be as in the X-band days, that is, a one-day upload every day except Saturday, which will have a two-day upload.
This will continue until the end of the five-day Sunrise flight.

- Hinode will not be able to support Sunrise on 1 June.

- Outstanding issue: Over what time window will Sunrise inform us of their pointing target for day two (i.e., the first day that Hinode can support)?
We will assume that this information will be available by 7 UT of launch day (16:00 JST); this is the time we will nominally plan the afternoon meeting. (Orozco.)

- Outstanding issue: How do we handle notification of launch on Sunday June 7, 14, 21, 28, or July 5? (Arikawa, Sterling, Shimizu.)

- On all other days (except Sundays), Hinode will only have its normal morning meeting, at 01:30 UT.
