Flare list(LM) : http://www.lmsal.com/solarsoft/last_events/ DR information
daily note Co-alignment program run: Please run co-alignment program on May 10 for the three instruments. - The sequence should start exactly 15 minutes after the pointing change to stabilize the satellite pointing drift. - 100 minutes for N-limb at 945 arcsec and 100 minutes for E limb at -945 arcsec. - Not necessary to be during SAA-free time. - For XRT, take G-band data every 5 minutes instead of 8 minutes. This is just for the N limb run. 8 minutes cadence is still OK for the E limb run. - For XRT, please take data even during SAA periods AND TWILIGHT periods. Tracks 1 and 2 currently pointing to same AR (farthest W of the two). Can maybe change tracking curve 2 location on Monday, if second AR is more desirable. HOP 118 will continue to observe track 1 AR. SOT: - HOP 73 prominence, H alpha if good target, otherwise Ca II or defer. Observing prominence of AR at or beyond the E limb. - HOP 118 - Coordinated Observations with SHAZAM. Disk center for 30 min on first day, observing on-disk AR (farthest W of the two) during other days. - Otherwise observe one of the ARs. XRT: - HOP 73 support. - AR observations. XRT RCO phone number: 1-617-496-1156 EIS: - HOP 73 support. - AR observations, flare watch, 3-min rasters.
