- support quiet-sun observation proposed by EIS CO.

EIS:
- HOP 116: wide range of temperature raster on XBP and South polar hole.
- Core-team plan (Ugarte-Urra): Quiet Sun diagnostics and evolution (disk center, need SOT/XRT supports).
- Core-team plan (Young): Coronal Hole Density Measurement (polar or equaterial).

XRT:
- HOP 116. Nominal time 12-18 UT, XBP at on-disc CH boundary (9 Apr), and
South polar hole (10 Apr).
