daily note XRT: - Coordinate with EIS on XBP, CH boundary and QS limb studies if required (XOBs exist) - For quiet sun - long term full CCD 512x512 multi-filter observations - Photon counting on AR/QS with med-Be or thin-Be filter - Hot thermal/non-thermal plasma studies (full sun, fixed at disk center) - Multi-filter (12-filter) synoptic during EIS SYNOP sensitivity calibration or CCD dark calibration SOT: - Flux cancellation study (- Test run for the SOT-MDI coordinate observation) EIS: - EIS sensitivity monitoring - Coronal/transition-region Doppler and photospheric transverse magnetic feautures and cancellation events - Yokoyama (hope to be supported by SOT and XRT) - Equatorial CH temperatures, densities, velocities, and abundances - Warren, Ko - QS limb observation - Mariska, Warren Co-alignment program: Please run co-alignment program on Dec 25 or 26 for the three instruments. - The sequence should start exactly 15 minutes after the pointing change to stabilize the satellite pointing drift. - 100 minutes for N-limb at 945 arcsec and 100 minutes for E limb at -945 arcsec. - Not necessary to be during SAA-free time.
