XRT's heater-off operation is canceled. Will leave data allocation as-is for this OK, while subsequent OPs (27 Nov onward) will be normal 70-15-15.

EIS:
- Perform sensitivity monitoring for 3.5 hours at quiet Sun near disc centre (exact pointing not important)
- S-W and N-W limb pointing for off limb density.
- Support SOT wave propagation.

SOT:
- HOP92. Vorticity of intergranular flows.
- Wave propagation in magnetic elements.
