daily note SOT: - HOP 90: QS jets and surges with BBSO (minimum: 15 - 16 UT). - Co-observations with DOT/SST on La Palma 8:30-11:00 UT. - Scattering polarization studies, at N, W ,and NW limbs. EIS: - Some preparation and testing of remote operations setup this week. Please dial in to Yugma. - Observations of Equatorial Coronal Hole. - XBP observations if SOT can participate (SAA-free time not necessary). XRT: - Support HOP 90 (BBSO collaboration). - Perform focus scan test by OP. Take a couple of hours at most. Pointing request to the north pole. To be planned outside HOP times. [Maintenance Note (Morita)] The following machines will be maintenanced at 15:00-16:15(JST) Thursday,October 30th. The machines will be not rebooted.
