daily note *** Eclipse observations (23 Oct 2014): **** - DR management requirement DR remaining amount have got to be empty at 20 UT on 23 Oct 2014 (just after 1st eclipse). Please do not run any observation from OP_START to 20 UT on 23 Oct. We must download the annular eclipse data by 5:00 UT on 24 Oct 2014. From 22 UT to 5 UT, about 1.2G bits can be used. - Schedule (1) eclipse #1: 1st contact (948, -172) at 20:18:52, minimum (-176, -207) at 20:25:11, 4th contact (-320, 909) at 20:31:38 N-pole observation for scattered and stray light. X,Y = (0, 937). Starting from 19:55 UT (EIS scattered measurement). If possible, XRT will observe from 20:00 - 21:00 UT. (2) eclipse #2 (annular eclipse): 1st contact (962, 60) at 21:46:17, minimum (142, 8698) at 21:53:28, 4th contact (-918, 295) at 22:00:39 XRT disk center observation. X,Y = (0, 0). Starting from 21:30 UT(EIS scattered measurement). (3) eclipse #3: 1st contact (423, 866) at 23:16:37, minimum (-15, 35) at 23:22:22, 4th contact (-930, 252) at 23:28:01 S-pole observation for scattered and stray light. X,Y = (0, -937). Starting from 22:55 UT (EIS scattered measurement). If possible, XRT will observe from 23:00 - 00:00 UT. ** All HOPs postponed due to Major Flare Watch on AR 12192 **
