The planning-preparation process is more complicated than before, because multiple observing plans (scientific observations, instrument-test observations, etc.) have to fit into a more limited daily data volume allocation. The proposers are requested to read carefully the following guidelines, and to provide all the necessary information to the Hinode operation team.
