Maintenance Information for FY2020

[2020/12/11]

Due to the WAN switchover, the target network will be unavailable
due to intermittent outages on the following dates.
from 10:00 to 20:00 on Dec.13(JST).
Target: All systems that use JAXAnet, email, JAXA Portal, Teams,
　　　　 file servers, IP phones, video conferencing.

[2020/11/5]

due to the upgrade of the JAXAnet WAN, we have been working on the following
the target network on sagamihara campus will be unavailable during the following hours.
from 13:00 to 22:00 on Nov.7(JST).
Target: All systems that use JAXAnet, email, JAXA Portal, Teams, file servers, IP phones, video conferencing.
Also, please note that the network will be affected on the following dates.
(1) IaaS
from 11:00 to 16:00 on Nov.8(JST).
Affected: All offices may be unable to access servers on IaaS intermittently,
and Office 365 such as email, portals and teams may not be available.
(2) Internet connection
from 15:00 to 16:00 on Nov.8(JST).
Affected: Communication with the Internet will be unstable.

[2020/10/21]

For the maintenance of ssh, ssh will unavailable during the following hours.
Please use ssh1,ssh3 during maintenance.
from 9:00 - 17:30 on Oct.27 (JST).

[2020/9/23]

The ssh server(ssh3) will be maintained
from 9:00 to 11:00 on Sep.28(JST).
service can't be used for about 2 minutes.
Please use the ssh1,ssh2 after starting maintenance.

[2020/9/4]

Due to power outage at the ISAS Sagamihara campas,
the analysis machines will not be available
from 18:00 on Sep. 11 to 13:30 on Sep. 14 (JST).

[2020/8/6]

The ssh server(ssh1) will be maintained
from 10:00 to 17:00 on Aug.19(JST).
service can't be used for about 2 minutes.
Please use the ssh2,ssh3 after starting maintenance.

[2020/7/22]

change the FW settings of ssh2,ssh3 at Jul 27(Mon.)10:00-11:00.
It does not affect the user, but please contact us if there is anything.
