Maintenance Information for FY2009

[2010/03/19]

The network devices of Solar Data Analysis system will be rebooted
at 13:00 (JST) on Thursday , Mar 25.

Solar Data Analysis system will not be available for a few seconds.

[2010/03/05]

The network devices of Solar Data Analysis system will be maintenanced
at 08:00 - 08:30 (JST) on Tuesday , Mar 9.
(It may be extended up to 11:00.)

Solar Data Analysis system will not be available in this period.

[2010/02/04]

Linux machines on ISAS Solar Group Data Analysis System will be upgraded from Feb. 8 to Feb. 19.

During a work period, each machine will not be available as following schedule.

11:00 - 11:10 IDL license server (IDL will not be available.)

11:10 - 11:20 authentication server (You will not be able to login.)

16:00 - 16:10 IDL license server (IDL will not be available.)

16:10 - 16:20 authentication server (You will not be able to login.)

You can use 'ssh2' and 'ssh3' during upgrade of 'ssh1',
and you can use 'ssh1' and 'ssh2' during upgrade of 'ssh3'
because 'ssh2' will be available after Feb. 9.

The file server will be maintenanced at 10:00-11:-00(JST) on Thursday , Jan 7.

Following directories will sometimes not be available in this period.
- /soda/sswdoc
- /soda/yohkoh
- /soda/hinode
- /soda/solarb

[2009/12/11]

Due to power outage at the entire area of the ISAS Sagamihara campus,
the system will not be available from 18:00 JST on Friday, Dec 18
to 10:00 JST on Monday, Dec 21.

Additionally, the gateway machines (ssh1,ssh3) will be stopped shorter time period
(from 7:00 to 20:30 JST on Sunday, Dec 20).

[2009/08/20]

Due to the file server maintenance, user area (/home/*, /scr/*,/udat/*)
and directories used for analysis (/soda/*) will not beavailable
from 10:00 to 12:00 JST on Monday, Sep 7.
You will not be able to login because home directory will not be available.

[2009/04/14]

Due to hardware maintenance for adding the memory,
MAC OS client machines (isehara,shibusawa,chogo) will not be available
from 13:00 to 14:30 JST on Tuesday , Apr 16.

[2009/04/14]

Due to the file server maintenance, user area (/home/*, /scr/*,/udat/*)
and directories used for SOT analysis (/soda/hinode/sot) will not be available
from 11:25 to 11:30 JST on Monday, Apr 27.
You will not be able to login because home directory will not be available.
