JAXA confirmed that TCM-4 operation was successfully completed (15:00 June 9th, 2010 (JST)).

By this operation, Hayabusa was precisely guided to WPA in South Australia. The distance between Hayabusa and the Earth resulted in around 1,900,000km far.

JAXA would like to announce that TCM-4 operation has commenced (12:30 June 9th, 2010 (JST)). It will take around 2 hours 30 minutes for ion thrusters to accelerate.
