Launch preparations for M-V-8/ASTRO-F on schedule

Launch preparations for the M-V Launch Vehicle Flight #8 with the infrared astronomy satellite ASTRO-F onboard is steadily in progress. The launch is scheduled on February 21 from the Uchinoura Space Center.
