Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
For check-in on weekdays, please make registration and receive a room key at the Employee Section of the Administrative Department by 16:00. In case that your arrival is after 16:00 on weekdays or on holidays, please receive a room key at the gatehouse and make registration on weekdays.
When checking-out, please return a room key into the key box in silver color on the first floor of the Lodge.

While you use the Lodge, please keep your room key in your responsibility. Also please be sure to lock your room while you are out.
In case that you lose or broke your room key, you will be charged the cost for reproduction of the key.

Cleaning and Laundry

Replacement of bedclothes (towel, bathrobe, pillow case, and sheet) and room cleaning are made as follows:
Japanese-style and single rooms: every other day when you stay more than 4 nights (on holidays, the replacement and cleaning are made on next weekday).
Twin and family rooms: please clean up your room and bedclothes yourself by vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and cloth dryer provided in each room.

Internet Use

You can use the Internet at the Lodge (advanced registration needed).
You need to register MAC address of your PC in advance.
Please inform your MAC address when you book the Lodge.

Room Facilities

Please use room facilities carefully. After use, please keep them clean and in order.

Cooking Room

Cooking room and refrigerator are available on the second floor of the Lodge. Please observe the following rules when you use them.
Handle fire carefully.
Don`t take out food from the cooking room to eat.
Wash the used dishes, etc. and return them to the original place to keep the room clean and in order.
When you use the room late at night, be sure not to give troubles to other guests.

Laundry Room

Washing machine, cloth dryer, and clothes iron are provided on the third floor of the Lodge. Please keep them clean and in order after use.

Smoking

Please never smoke in bed and keep watch for fires.

Prevention of Noise, Etc.

Please refrain from nuisance (loud voice, noise, etc.) that may give troubles to others.

Emergency Alarm

When fire or other emergency occurs, please report immediately the gatehouse (Ext. 8385 or 6130).
Please evacuate immediately when emergency occurs and poses any threaten to you.
Please check the locations of emergency exit and fire extinguisher in advance.

Admittance

Please note that the ISAS staff may enter your room for cleaning, etc. without notice.

Compensation for Damage

Please note that, if you give any damage to facility, equipment, etc. of the Lodge, you need to restore to the original state or to indemnify for the damage.
